What’s Included
Taster sessions are available to book in a one or two month block. Each month includes:
2 x 1:1 60-90 minute Move Well sessions with Denise (zoom or in person)
2 x VIP Membership small group Move Well sessions (zoom)

What to Expect
If you are ready to begin to create the healing and transformation in your life AND you can commit to a daily 15-minute practice, this space is for you.
We will work together to target your issue or goal from all layers of your being.
