  • You aren’t ready to make a long-term commitment AND yet you are desperate to make a change.

  • You want to create change on all layers of your being: mind / body / heart / spirit.

  • You’ve tried other systems or you’ve tried working on your body and still feel stuck.you want to change how you move, think & live around a specific short-term goal or body issue

  • you want to experience close proximity work with Denise

  • you are prepared to commit time, energy & money each week

  • you are prepared to commit to a daily 10-30 minute practice

What’s Included

Taster sessions are available to book in a one or two month block. Each month includes:

  • 2 x 1:1 60-90 minute Move Well sessions with Denise (zoom or in person)

  • 2 x VIP Membership small group Move Well sessions (zoom)

  • Membership Telegram experience

  • Recorded library of content

What to Expect

If you are ready to begin to create the healing and transformation in your life AND you can commit to a daily 15-minute practice, this space is for you.

We will work together to target your issue or goal from all layers of your being.
