  • Be supported and guided to reconnect with your nervous system, releasing tension patterns you don’t know you have.

  • Deepen your practical understanding of how you can CREATE & BE safe presence in your life.

  • Deepen your practical understanding of how you can offer your love powerfully and care without cost to those around you.

We’ll meet in front of the Saville Gardens Visitor Center for a short introductory talk, followed by a slow, intentional walk in the park.

Along the way, you’ll be introduced to a series of unique focused attention & somatic techniques that will support you in creating yourself as safe presence, love & care.

Together we will gather items from nature and create land art on site (no art skills required!!!)

We will then return to the cafe to debrief, discuss and answer any Q&A.

This will be a small, intimate group—space is limited.

With a deep love for texture, colour, and storytelling, her work illustrates the magic of the land we live on and the wonder of nature through the eyes of a child.

After many years as a children’s teacher, she continues to create safe, nurturing spaces—whether she's illustrating children’s books, guiding others to fall in love with art, or drawing inspiration from the natural world around her. She works with a wide range of materials, letting each piece choose its own path, and finds endless joy in new ideas and drawing from life as it's lived—especially outdoors.
